Harvested exceptionally at St-Michel since the scorching summer of 2003, this wine is fragrant and sweet, a poem in wine terms. Ideal with foie gras, it is enjoyed in small doses. (normally this type of wine is harvested on St. Martin's Day: mid-November, but since 2003 maturity is often a month ahead of normal)
